Soft Industrial Custom Built Home in Rural Location

We had the honor of helping our client see their dream home realised with the vision, design, colour scheme along with finishes and fixture selections for this gorgeous soft industrial custom-built home.

Our client lives in country NSW so we managed most consultations remotely. Our client opted for the design package service. The design package gave access to design support throughout, a digital moodboard that showed a visual of the end result capturing the soft industrial home style with selection recommendations for all fixtures and fittings, along with proposed furniture and decor items, floorplans showing furniture layout that confirmed room sizes and people flow. The moodboard is what helped keep the vision forefront when selections were made so that a strong consistent design resulted.

This spacious home has polished concrete floors, reclaimed brick and tassie oak throughout, wrought iron, engineered stone benchtops, and splashback.  The scale of the home is large with high ceilings, generous size rooms, wide hallways all well suited to the rural setting and acreage the home sits on.  This was considered when selections were made and furniture and furnishings recommended. Large size rugs, dining table, pendant lights, art etc… we’re importantly considered so that the scale of these pieces were in proportion to the large scale of the home.

We love the light, airy organic natural feel of the home and can only imagine all the beautiful memories that will be made within it’s walls.

The above is a selection taken from the Moodboard created for this project.
